Enter the world of graphology with handwriting expert and graphologist Siti Sulianah, a person adept at gleaning insight into personalities through the analysis of handwriting traits such as strokes, pressure, and spaces.

The tablet’s multi-screen functionality also greatly streamlines its analysis process, as annotation and note taking can be done simultaneously and hosted in the same device, with minimal disruption to workflow. Additionally, graphotherapy consultations are made more efficient with live demonstrations of the S Pen via video call, compared to static image references in the past.

bees in need

▲Xavier Tan

Drizzled over pancakes or mixed into tea, honey has a knack for making every treat a little more delicious. For most, however, the first thought that comes to mind upon seeing a beehive is to call for pest control. That’s why bee rescuer Xavier Tan hopes to steer the conversation away from bee extermination and instead toward humane methods of bee disposal.

An animal lover from a young age, Tan grew to understand the importance of bees as a keystone species, without which the ecosystem would drastically change for the worse. So he created a bee rescue organization with a mission to save bees through conservation and education efforts. In addition to relocating bees to their gardens, the group is actively involved in raising awareness of beekeeping practices as well as methods of peaceful coexistence.

A powerful all-in-one device with a 12.4-inch Super AMOLED display, the Tab S8+ is one device Tan never finds himself without on bee rescue missions. Before, during and after these missions are captured with the tablet’s powerful camera, then turned into informative video content using the tablet’s built-in video editing capabilities. “The tablet’s large display size allows me to share my content clearly and effectively with customers and visitors,” Tan said.

Let’s talk… to your pets

▲ Ezekiel Ong

Have you ever wished you knew exactly what was going through your furry friend’s head? For Ezekiel Ong, this tacit and intimate understanding of animals forms the basis of his work at his animal communication company, where he receives, interprets and relays information from pets to their owners.

His first foray into the field of animal communication was prompted by the need to say a final goodbye to his beloved pet who passed away. Today, Ong strives to help others better understand their pets by acting as a bridge between the two. Her work as an animal communicator involves helping owners learn more about their animals’ behavior and well-being, connecting with deceased animals, and leading animal communication workshops.

The Tab S8 greatly enhances Ong’s pet consultation process with the computerization of handwritten and typed notes enabled by its S Pen and magnetic keyboard, respectively. Video calls with overseas clients also go smoothly thanks to the tablet’s powerful processor and stunning video and audio quality. “The tablet also allows me to easily carry notes and course materials, and its long battery life makes lessons very efficient,” Ong said.

Do what you love and you won’t work a day in your life. While the adage rings true, following the path less traveled is both exciting and daunting, and requires tenacity and willpower exemplified by Sulianah, Tan, and Ong.
